Not an individual-performance or live unanswered-customer score: the source has no message author. Activity is grouped by the lead's current assigned rep, not who sent the message. Unmatched outbound can include managers, other staff or automation absent from the retained log. Inbound counts are messages, not unique customers; reactions, system notices, opt-outs and closed records have not been adjudicated. Review live history before coaching or contact. Totals below cover the named roster only, not necessarily the whole store.

- message-log.json capped at 2000 entries (oldest pruned first). Matched/unmatched means only a same-customer timestamp match within 5 minutes, not verified authorship. Unmatched is NOT proof of a human send.
What this can't prove: appointment status has only SET/COMPLETED/CANCELLED/MISSED in the source data — there is no separate "confirmed" signal, so the Confirmed column is not measurable and is reported as "n/a" for every rep, not zero. "Showed" = COMPLETED, "No-show" = MISSED. Sold-from-appointment is gcid-matched against vs-sold.json with no date window (sales can lag the appointment by weeks), so it can overcount a rep who later sold that customer on an unrelated visit. Gross is not available in axcessa-cardeals.json or the delivery tracker sheet snapshot — neither carries a gross/profit field — so gross is omitted, not estimated as zero. Appointment counts are windowed by appointmentUtc (the appointment's own calendar date) — activityDateTimeUtc in the source data carries dates years earlier than the appointment itself (looks like a stale/unrelated creation timestamp, e.g. 2023 on a Sept 2026 appointment) and isn't used for windowing.
